Juniors
The US Windsurfing Junior Prodigy TeamPart of the US Windsurfing Junior Program is the Junior Prodigy Team. This is open to kids 18 or younger. We'll provide coaching by volunteers, discounts on regatta entry and board charters, and organized trips to events. Teaching Kids
The Prodigy is a good board for teaching kids on. It's big enough that an adult can easily take a kid along for a ride, and instruction. (It'll carry two adults, for that matter, although that's not usually the most effective method for teaching adults.) The Prodigy Starter model is available with a soft-deck option, which is especially nice for kids--keeps them from getting scraped up on the non-skid surface.
